Central Kentucky home sales prices hold steady but still lower than 2005.

The good news is that Central Kentucky’s home sale prices continued to look good compared to a year ago.  The bad news is the average sales price is still lower than the high average of $170,716 achieved in 2005.  Fayette and Jessamine counties continued to have the highest sales average in Central Kentucky.  Bourbon and Clark counties sales average price is about $60,000 dollars lower.  See the charts below and  click here to see the whole Rector Hayden Market report.
